Are your pastries suitable for vegans?
No, our pastries are not suitable for vegans but our ice cream sorbets are!
How long can I keep the cakes/tarts?
Our cakes and tarts are made fresh. They are best consumed within the day or within 3 days if stored chilled.
Can I warm up the pastries?

Yes, we recommend that you warm up the pastries before consumption. They can be warmed up with an oven at 160 degrees Celsius for ~5 minutes.

How long can I keep the ice cream products for?

Our ice cream are made with no preservatives. The products will come labelled with a best before date. They have to kept in the freezer at below -18 degrees Celsius. 

Are your products halal?
We do not use any pork ingredients or alcohol in our products.
Do you do deliveries to all parts of Singapore?
Yes, we do. However, surcharges may apply to outlying areas and controlled premises. Our e-shop does not take care of the surcharges, so please contact us before placing your order for delivery. Typically, we do not accept cancellation once payment is processed. Any cancellation of order is strictly on a case by case basis. A refund charge of (3.4% + $0.50) will be imposed as the bank charges this amount upon every successful payment.
What are your standard delivery and collection charges?
Our standard delivery fee is at SGD10 for weekdays and SGD20 for weekends/PH. Delivery slots are limited. Self-collection at 73 Duxton Road is free of charge.
What is your delivery timing?
The delivery window is 1pm to 7pm. We are unable to promise a fixed delivery timing on the delivery day that you have selected.
What is the self-collection timing?
Self-collection is only available on every Friday 5pm – 8pm, and Saturday 12pm – 3pm.
How far in advance may I place my order?
We require at least 4 days advance notice to process your order, i.e. orders placed on Monday before 12pm can be collected earliest on Friday.
Can I make a collection on the day of purchase for online orders?
No, we require at least 4 days advance notice to process your order, i.e. orders placed on Monday before 12pm can be collected earliest on Friday. But feel free to give us a call at +65 6518 4261 to find out what we have available in-store!
Can I specify a delivery address but change it afterwards?
Please contact us at least 36 hours before your delivery for any change of delivery address.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed and processed online through our website via amusedessertco.comAlternatively, please visit our retail store at 73 Duxton Road or you may call us at +65 6518 4261 and our friendly staff will gladly assist you.
Can I cancel or amend my order? Will I be able to get a refund?

Please contact us with your order revision at least 3 days before your collection/delivery date. We will try our best to meet your request. Typically, we do not accept cancellation once payment is processed. Any cancellation of order is strictly on a case by case basis. A refund charge of (3.4% + $0.50) will be imposed as the bank charges this amount upon every successful payment.

Can I change from a delivery option to a self-collection option? Or vice versa?

Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/self-collection timing and we will try our best to meet your request. However, any refund of delivery fee will be subjected to a refund charge of (3.4% + $0.50) as the bank charges this amount upon every successful payment.

Can I request wordings on cakes or request a message on a note?

Yes, we are able to help with that for purchases of whole cakes/tarts! Do note that due to space constraint, lengthy messages may not be accommodated.

Please keep to 25 alphabets for wording on whole cakes/tarts.

For a message on a note, please keep the message to a maximum of 20 words.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery for any change of delivery address.
