Single Origin Sencha – 044 Ujimidori
This rare gyokuro variety is farmed in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture and is the “brother” cultivar of “Uji Hikari”. The “noble” scent of Uji senchas weaves intricately across the 3 different brews. While the taste is strong, the tea has a refreshing mouthfeel. The Uji style is to enjoy the moist and delicate scent unique to Gyokuros by layering brews from a low temperature.
